Floorplans can be taken from a Matterport 3D Virtual Tour that we have created, we can come onsite and manually measure a structure, or we can take an existing 2D plan you may have like a Builders Plan and redraw it into a more consumer friendly format.

We supply a 2D Colour plan, a 2D Black & White plan and also a 3D Colour Plan.

We will attempt to furnish your plan with similar furniture to what is actually in the property and we will also endeavour to have flooring type and colour as similar as possible to enhance the Colour versions of the Floorplans that we supply.

Plans can usually be created within 24 hours.  A typical house would take approximately 1 hour to measure.
