Matterport 3D Virtual Tour
We have been creating and delivering exceptional 3D Virtual Tours using the latest in Matterport Pro 3 camera technology. Virtualtour 3D is able to service clients nationwide across Australia’s major metropolitan areas and South East Queensland, Darling Downs, and Wide Bay Regional centres. All virtual tours are browser based and accessible by all devices on any of the major browsers. The tours are able to be viewed in VR with the use of an acceptable VR headset such as an Oculus.
Virtualtour 3D has been an active Matterport Service Provider for over 8 years and we have built and delivered over 1500 Virtual Tours in this time.
Matterport 360 Virtual Tour
We have recently launched a new lower cost budget service for creating high quality Virtual Tours. Made using a Theta Z1 360 degree camera, but still fall under the Matterport Ecosystem. The user experience is still the same as a Matterport 3D Virtual Tour yet there are some differences:
- Imagery is a lower quality than the tours created with the Matterport Pro 2
- The dollhouse view is not available
- There is no Floorplan view
- An accurate floorplan is not able to create from a model created in this way
- The system generated social media videos are not available
- These models were hosted for 6 months initially (hosting can extend at a very reasonable price).
These tours are perfect for Real Estate as it still allows a potential buyer to walk throughout the property and experience the property from anywhere at any time. We would always recommend the higher end Matterport 3D Virtual Tour for those properties at the higher end of the market but this product is perfect for the budget conscious seller and also for Rental properties.
